No. We work with city apartments, holiday homes, villas, B&Bs and boutique accommodation of different sizes and categories. What matters is the property's potential, location and the service level you need.
Each service level has a published agency fee: 5% of total revenue for Online Travel Agency, 12% for Online service and 30% for Full service. You’ll find all three on our Pricing page, and the free assessment shows which level suits your property. What doesn’t change: there are no hidden fees, no minimum contract, and small repairs are included at no extra cost.
Our current portfolio is in Croatia, but we take on owners elsewhere on the Adriatic and in mainland Europe. What we can offer depends on where the property is: Full service needs our team on the ground, so in Croatia it’s available in Zagreb, Split and Osijek, while online management covers the whole country.
